Upon completion of the registration form in its entirety and return with the appropriate non-refundable $500.00 application fee by the required deadline, MATI will review it and will require that you provide:
Reference Forms – Please have three completed Reference Forms sent to MATI. Professional references, including employers, fellow employees, or educational instructors are to be considered.
Transcripts – Please send a copy of your high school diploma to our office. If you hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, please notify your college/university to have them send us two official (sealed) transcripts.
Interview – Upon receipt and review of the application, references, transcripts, and fees, a personal interview will be scheduled with Ms. Monica Gargiulo-Benitez, Executive Director.
Acceptance – The applicant’s qualifications and suitability will be determined on the basis of the written application, previous academic record, references and the personal interview. Once all required information has been received, a final review will be made by MATI. The applicant will be notified in writing or via email of his/her acceptance into MATI’s training program.
